RELIABLE RIDESOF NEW YORKAccessibility
Our approach
This website is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable text, clear form labels, visible focus indicators, and reduced-motion preferences. WCAG 2.2 AA is the design target; this statement is not a certification of conformance.
Using the site
Use the Skip to content link to bypass navigation. The mobile menu can be opened with a keyboard and closed with Escape. Ride requests are divided into steps and include a final review. Your browser’s zoom and text size settings can be used to enlarge the content.
Motion preferences
Decorative motion is disabled when your device requests reduced motion. Booking and delivery controls remain available without animation.
Assistance and feedback
